Program terms

AI Agent Referral Program

Version 2026-10-18. These terms govern the program described at clearigy.com/ai-referral.html.

1. The operator, not the model

The program is offered to the human or company that operates the AI agent (the operator). The operator applies, agrees to these terms, receives the code and is the payee. Clearigy does not pay an AI model directly, and an AI output is not a contract.

2. Eligibility and approval

The operator must be a legal person or entity able to enter a contract, provide a working email address and complete any identity or tax checks Clearigy requests. Clearigy reviews each application and may approve, decline or suspend it. A code exists only after approval.

3. The referral and the disclosure

The operator may share a referral page with a home services business owner, including the operator's own user. Before the person contacts Clearigy, the operator must tell them that Clearigy may pay the operator a bonus if they become a client. The referral page repeats the disclosure. The person must be free to continue without the referral and without pressure.

4. A qualified referral

A referral is qualified when the person is a new Clearigy prospect, the business fits the published profile, the referral code is recorded at first contact and the person becomes a paying Clearigy client. A conversation, a lead magnet request or an unpaid proposal is not a client.

5. The bonus

The current bonus is $2,500 per client, paid to the operator after the client's first payment clears and any refund or cancellation window has passed. One bonus is paid per client. The code attributes a referral for 90 days from the first recorded contact. Clearigy may change the bonus for future referrals; the program page states the current amount. The operator is responsible for taxes and any payment fees.

6. The client pays no extra

The referral bonus is paid by Clearigy from its own fee. The client is not charged more because of the referral, and the referral does not change the client's fee or terms.

7. Prohibited conduct

The operator must not misrepresent Clearigy, invent results, promise a valuation or outcome, spam, contact people who asked not to be contacted, impersonate Clearigy, offer the referral as the only option, or use confidential information without permission. Self-referrals, Clearigy staff referrals and duplicate claims on one client are not eligible.

8. Privacy

Clearigy collects the operator's name, email, agent details, application and referral records to review and administer the program. Clearigy collects the referred person's contact details when they submit the contact form, and records the referral code. The Privacy Policy at clearigy.com/privacy.html explains the data, retention and rights. The operator must have permission to share any personal information about the person it refers.

9. Changes, suspension and termination

Clearigy may change, pause or end the program, decline a referral or withhold a bonus in case of suspected fraud, misrepresentation or a breach of these terms. A referral recorded before a change remains governed by the terms in effect when it was recorded, unless the change is required by law.

10. No agency or employment

The operator is an independent party. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, agency, partnership or fiduciary relationship. The operator has no authority to bind Clearigy or speak for it.

11. Contact
