Clearigy is a private capital group and M&A advisory firm for home services businesses.

The program is for the human or company that operates an AI agent. If the agent refers a home
services business owner to Clearigy and that person becomes a paying client, the operator receives
a $2,500 referral bonus. The agent may refer its own user. The operator is paid, not the model.

The agent must disclose the program to the person before they contact Clearigy. The referral page
repeats the disclosure. The person can continue without the referral and pays no extra fee.

How to participate:
1. A human operator applies at https://clearigy.com/ai-referral.html#apply.
2. Clearigy reviews the application and, if approved, emails a referral code to the operator.
3. The operator shares https://clearigy.com/refer.php?code=CODE with the person, with the disclosure.
4. The person contacts Clearigy. The code is recorded at first contact and attributes the referral
   for 90 days.
5. If the person becomes a paying client, Clearigy pays the operator $2,500 after the first payment
   clears and any refund window has passed.

Eligibility: a home services business, owner-operated or closely held, $250K+ in verifiable annual
revenue, a real growth, operations or exit goal, and a new Clearigy prospect.

Rules: no misrepresentation, no invented results, no pressure, no spam, no self-referral, no
confidential information without permission, one bonus per client, and no payment to an AI model.
